Sue was born June 2, 1930, to J.F. and Ruby Turner in Sweetwater, Texas. She was proceeded in death by her parents. J. F. “Dick” and Ruby Turner, brothers Jesse Turner, Robert “Bob” Turner, and Ray Turner.
Sue is [auth] survived ty her son, Audie Hollowell and wife Jean of Odessa, Texas; granddaughters Tamara Cook and husband Brian of Bedford, Texas; Shelby Griffith and husband Ty of Bedford, Texas; great-grandchildren Sterling and Tristan; sisters Glenna Critz of Sweetwater, Texas, Dixie Barton of El Paso, Texas, and Ella Jo Taylor and husband Jim of Vancouver, Washington. She also leaves numerous nieces, nephew, and friends.
Sue was full of life, a “free spirit” a talented poet and artist. She dearly loved her son.
Loved to dance, loved animals, loved life, and loved God. Sue wrote and wished that at her remembrance her ashes be scattered over her beloved mountains and that we sing Amazing Grace. We know she will hear us when we sing.
A Memorial Serrvice will be done at a later time by the Family.
