Roswell Police arrested a 29-year-old woman on an outstanding warrant and a charge of concealing identity following a traffic stop on Tuesday.
Just after midnight on Tuesday morning, police stopped Vanessa Renee Lucero, 29, of Roswell, on a traffic violation at the Allsups located at 1500 N. Garden Ave., according to the report.
Lucero had an outstanding warrant for her arrest and was taken into custody. She was also charged with concealing her identity and numerous traffic citations, according to the report.
Vandal damages vehicle
Roswell Police [auth] responded to a report of domestic disturbance on the 3600 block of South Main Street at about 7:17 p.m. on Tuesday. Once there, they received a report of criminal damage to two vehicles. Total damage was estimated at $350, according to the report.
Man arrested on drug paraphernalia charge
Roswell Police arrested 18-year-old Santiago R. Dominguez, of Roswell, at 2:49 a.m. on Wednesday on the 900 block of West Fifth Street. According to police, Dominguez was in possession of a marijuana smoking device.
Man charged with drug possession
Roswell Police arrested a 27-year-old man on a possession of marijuana charge at 5:11 a.m. on Wednesday in the 900 block of South Garden Avenue.
Erik D. Magallanes, 27, of Roswell, was arrested in connection with a charge of possession of marijuana, and on three charges of failure to appear.
According to the police report, Magallanes was in possession of 21.6 grams of “folded paper with a green leafy substance.”
Chaves County Sheriff’s Office
On July 2, Victoria Jaramillo was arrested on a charge of criminal damage to property of household member, according to the Chaves County Sheriff’s Office records. The arrest took place in the 800 block of East Hobson Road at 8:50 a.m.
On July 5, Jaime L. Duran was arrested on charges of reckless driving, driving while under influence of intoxicating liquor, speeding, aggravated fleeing a law enforcement officer and aggravated assault on a peace officer. The arrest occurred at 26th and Quay Street in Artesia at about 11:50 p.m., according to reports.
