Snow, ice slam parts of New Mexico

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) — Snow and ice struck parts of New Mexico on Tuesday, causing difficult driving conditions, closing schools and ending a record-breaking winter dry spell in the state’s largest city.
