Aggravated burglary

Officers were dispatched to reports of a burglarized car in the 1200 block of East First Street, Thursday evening. A handgun had been stolen between 6 p.m. and about 7 p.m., when the theft was reported. The door of the car had been left unlocked.

Police responded to two reports of trailers being stolen Thursday morning. One trailer was illegally towed from the 4100 block of West Poe Street by another vehicle. The trailer was recovered and a 37-year-old male was arrested for the theft. Another trailer was reported stolen from a residence on the 800 block of West Albuquerque Street. The police have not arrested a perpetrator in that incident.



Officers responded to the theft of a lawnmower from the backyard of a residence on the 300 block of South Sequoia Avenue Thursday afternoon. The item was valued at $70.
