Criminal damage

•Police responded to a report of criminal damage at a psychiatric office in the 1700 block of North Union Avenue Monday. A car had apparently been driven into a section of the south wall of the building sometime between 5 [auth] p.m. Sunday and 2:30 p.m. Monday. An employee pegged damages at $3,500.

•Police responded to reports of gunfire around 5 p.m. on the 400 block of East Fifth Street Monday. Bullets had been directed at a pickup truck. No passengers were in the car when the vehicle was shot and no one was injured. Damages were estimated at $200.



•Officers responded to a burglary at a residence on the 200 block of East 12th Street Monday. The burglary is reported to have occurred between Dec. 10 and Dec. 16. Items stolen include $600 worth of electrical wiring, a bathroom sink valued at $100 and a $20 lighting fixture. The burglary also caused $500 in miscellaneous damages.



•The police department received reports of a sandwich being stolen from Domino’s Pizza on the 700 block of South Missouri Avenue just after 10 p.m. Tuesday. A customer had apparently committed a dine-and-dash, ordering a sandwich valued $6 or $7 and leaving the premises without paying for the item.
