Police Blotter: Inflatable snowman stolen from yard

The Roswell Police were called to the 2100 block of South Barnett Avenue, Tuesday, to report a deflating experience when a inflatable snowman was stolen from a yard. The snowman was valued at $100.



Police received a report from Murphy’s Express, 3624 N. Main St., Tuesday, about an embezzlement. Store management believe an employee [auth] has been removing cash and tobacco products. The investigation is ongoing.



• Police responded to Valley View Elementary, Tuesday, after subjects gained access to a storage shed and removed $800 worth of items.

• Police were dispatched to the 1200 block of Rancho Road, where subjects entered a shed and took several items, valued at $300, including a ladder and a weed eater.

• Police responded to the 400 block of East Bland Street, after subjects entered an outbuilding and removed a phone charger, a laundry basket and a hand sander. The items were valued at $50.


Criminal damage

Police were called to the Holiday Inn, 3620 N. Main St., Tuesday. The management reported that a television, valued at $660, was damaged. The customer agreed to pay for the television set.
