I am really concerned as to why he wasn’t charged with attempted murder, how is this setting an example to would be violent criminals that have obviously showed their presence in the past few weeks? The gravity of Alfred’s injuries clearly show Garcia intended to end his life. Many concerned citizens are expressing their dismay as to the leniency of charges and most can’t help but wonder if this is why many criminals in Roswell resort to gun violence since the price to pay isn’t very high.
