Brazil’s OSX to seek bankruptcy protection

SAO PAULO (AP) — OSX Brasil S.A, the shipbuilding company of Brazil’s one-time richest man Eike Batista, said Friday evening it will file for bankruptcy protection in a Rio de Janeiro court.
