Police Blotter: Shots fired damage several vehicles during weekend

Shots fired
Police responded to three separate incidents of shots fired over [auth] the weekend. On Sunday, officers were called to the 2800 block of South Emerald Drive following reports of gunfire. No damages were noted. On Saturday, three vehicles were struck in two different locations. The first vehicle was damaged in the 1100 block of Rancho Road. In a separate incident, police went to the 2900 block of North Alhambra Drive where two cars were hit by bullets. No one was injured during these incidents.

• Police were called to the 700 block of East Mathews Street, Friday, after a subject or subjects entered a residence through a window and took a television set, miscellaneous jewelry and some DVDs. The missing items were valued at $1,500.
• Police were dispatched to the 200 block of South Pennsylvania Avenue, Saturday, where subjects stole a cell phone, a 15-inch speaker, two television sets, one 19-inch and one 48-inch, and a 13-inch wire wheel. The total value of the items was estimated at $5,014.99.

Stolen vehicle
Police responded to the 4100 block of Pawnee Drive, Friday, after a subject took a white 2006 Ford 4×4, valued at $16,000.

Criminal damage
Police were dispatched to the 3100 block of Futura Drive on Friday where a window was damaged with a BB gun. Repair and replacement costs were estimated at $150.
