Police Blotter: Roswell Humane Society theft victim

•Police were called to the Roswell Humane Society, 703 E. McGaffey St., Tuesday, where a male [auth] and a female were observed stealing six bags of goods from the outside donation box. The couple drove away in green 2001 GMC, plate number 980PNR.
•Police were called to the 600 block of East 23rd St., Tuesday, where subjects removed the glass from the rear door of a building and took miscellaneous tools, rims and tires and a cherry picker lift.
•Police responded to a call from Pecos Valley Tobacco, 1010 W. Second St., Wednesday, after a subject or subjects stole two surveillance cameras, valued at $200.
•Police were dispatched to Diamond Shamrock, 225 SE Main St., Wednesday, after subjects removed a surveillance camera, valued at $200.

Criminal damage
Police were called to Pioneer Bank, 2 St. Mary’s Place, Wednesday, where vandals caused $1,500 worth of damage to an ATM.

Police were sent to Lovelace Regional Hospital, 117 E. 19th St., Tuesday, for a report of assault. The victim stated that he saw a male subject testing vehicle doors in the parking lot. The hospital parking lot has had more than one vehicle burglary in the past two weeks. The victim told the subject to stop. He picked up a rock and threw it at the man.

Police were dispatched to Jemez Court, Tuesday, after a subject entered the residence and removed several credit cards, cash, a truck key and a key fob for remote entry to a vehicle. The victim estimated the losses at $4,068.
