Perps nick camera, break window at ILEA

Police responded to a call from the International Law Enforcement Agency, 47 Gail Harris St., Thursday, after subjects removed two surveillance cameras, valued at $500 each, from the outside of the building. An ILEA representative also reported criminal damage where a rock had been thrown through a [auth] window. Replacement costs were estimated at $300.

Shots fired
Police responded to a call from Morningside Drive, Thursday, following a report of gunfire. The officer discovered a glass door and a bullet hole where a bullet penetrated a the front door. In addition, the police found four bullet holes in the stucco and shell casings in the street.

•Police were called to the 1600 block of South Washington Avenue, Thursday, where $3,000 worth of jewelry was reported stolen.

•Police were dispatched to the 800 block of West Tilden Street, Thursday. The victim told officials that a Vizio television, Sanyo television and an iPod were missing.
