Police Blotter: Subject threatens child, steals phone

Police were called to South Washington Avenue, Tuesday. The victim reported that she was being harassed. Then the subject began to threaten another family member, a child. The victim later received a call from the subject who told her that her cell [auth] phone, valued at $300, had been stolen. She confirmed it was missing.

•Police received a walk-in report, Tuesday, from a man who said his vehicle alarm had been set off the previous night. The following day he discovered that an iPod and a Heritage Rough Rider, .22 caliber six-shoot revolver had been removed from his vehicle. The items were valued at $329.
•Police were dispatched to 1200 block of South Atkinson Avenue, Tuesday, after subjects dismantled a central air conditioning unit. Pipes and copper wire were cut, and the Freon escaped. The victim estimated replacement costs at $2,000.
