Police Blotter: Police respond to domestic battery

•Police were contacted, Sunday, by a woman who was the subject of a domestic battery where her partner knocked her down and kicked her repeatedly. The alleged incident took place on a Thursday. She went to a doctor who told her she had a concussion and sent her immediately to the emergency room.
•Police received a report of an assault, Saturday. The 55-year-old victim told officers that he was walking near the intersection of Albuquerque Street and Virginia Avenue when he was accosted by a group of children, four boys and two girls, who threw rocks at him, hitting him in the head. The officers noted blood coming from a cut on his head.
•Police were dispatched to Dairy Queen, 1900 N. Main St., Saturday, after an unknown male subject pulled a gun and pointed it at the victim.
