Police Blotter: Whose dog is it, anyway?

Police were called to the 700 block of East Third Street, Wednesday, for a civil matter. According to police reports, a neighbor gave a dog to second neighbor who returned it. The second neighbor purportedly took the dog back again without permission of the first.

•Police were called to the [auth] 2000 block of South Barnett Drive, Wednesday. The victim reported an Xbox 360, New Era baseball caps, an iHome audio system and a Kindle Fire stolen. The missing items were valued at $1,650.
•Police were dispatched to the 100 block of South Atkinson Avenue, Wednesday, where subjects removed a 1995 grey, four-door Nissan and 2005 white four-door Nissan. In addition, officers discovered that the inside of the residence had been ransacked, although the police could not tell what may have been taken.
•Police were dispatched to the 1400 block of South Lea Avenue, Wednesday, when a resident returned home and discovered subjects had gained entry into the residence through the utility room door and removed a 32-inch flatscreen TV.
