Armed robbery near Wildy and Elm

Police received a report of armed robbery, Wednesday. The victim stated that near the intersection of Wildy Avenue and Elm Street, an unknown male approached him and pointed a gun at him. Three other males beat him, kicked him and struck him in the [auth] face. The suspects got away with an Apple iPhone, cash and a baseball cap. The items and cash were valued at $480.

Criminal damage

•Police were called to Roswell Headstart, 209 E. Hendricks St., Wednesday, after a subject or subjects cut through the fence and into a storage shed on the property. The person reporting the incident said that nothing appeared to be missing.

•Police were dispatched to the 1000 block of Rancho Road, Wednesday, where a subject made numerous deep scratches to the hood and all four sides of a vehicle. Damages were estimated at $5,000.
