Vandals let loose with yellow paint balls

•Police [auth] were called to two separate locations, Tuesday, after subjects damaged one vehicle and one residence with yellow paint balls. The first occurred in the 1300 block of East 24th Street, where a home was struck eight times. The second was located in the 1100 block of North Washington Avenue where the vehicle was struck twice.

•Police were dispatched to the 3400 block of South Union Avenue, Tuesday, where the resident found a live round of ammunition in the yard. The victim told officials that a previous report had been filed about a month ago when all the windows had been broken out of her vehicle.


The police were called to the 900 block of South Adams Drive, Tuesday. The teacher reported she had left an iPod touch, valued at $225, on her desk at Roswell High School, 500 W. Hobbs St., and when she returned it was missing.


The police responded to a call about a vehicle burglary in the 1500 block of South Washington Avenue, Tuesday. The subject forced entry through a passenger door and removed a speaker box and amplifier, and 100 CDs. The items were valued at $1,700.
