A.J. Fleming

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2012, at LaGrone Funeral Chapel, for A. J. Fleming, who died Feb. 6, 2012, in Albuquerque.

Mr. Fleming was born Feb. 2, 1931, in Quinton, Okla., to Lee and [auth] Ola Fleming. Both parents preceded him in death as well as four brothers, Curtis, J. H., Franklin, and Loy, along with a sister Lois Dewitt.

He married Virginia Pemberton on July 25, 1959, in Roswell and she survives him at the family home.

Other survivors include `a son, Rockey Fleming of Hobbs, and two daughters, Debra and Janice Fleming, both of Roswell. He is also survived by two grandchildren, Roger McDonald of Indianapolis, Ind., and Janet Brown of Roswell, and two great-grandchildren, Kande Ferguson and Febe Brown and two brothers, Donald Fleming and Junior Fleming, both of Oklahoma.

A.J. retired from Barbe Farms in Roswell.

He will be sorely missed.
