Bank card holder reports fraudulent purchases

Police received a walk-in report of fraud, Tuesday. The victim reported th[auth] at she had received a call from her bank asking if she had made a $650 purchase at Walmart. Further research revealed that someone had made unauthorized purchases with a bank card for $132.82, $43.75 and $42.85.


Police were dispatched to the 500 block of Twin Diamond Road, Tuesday, where subjects broke into a residence and removed a 42-inch flat-screen Panasonic television valued at $1,000.
