Unknown vandals take aim at windows
•Police were sent to the 2600 block of West Alameda Street, [auth] Monday, where subjects shot out the front window of a residence. Damage is estimated at $600.
•Police were called to Firestone Tires, 125 S. Main St., Monday, after a window was damaged by a BB or pellet gun. The replacement costs were estimated at $500.

Police were dispatched to the 800 block of North Washington Avenue, where subjects caused about $100 worth of damage by spray painting outside a residence.

Police were called to the National 9 Inn, 2001 N. Main St., Monday. The motel management reported that a client removed two pillows and one 32-inch television from the room. In addition, the subject smoked in a room designated as no-smoking and left an ash on a table top.
