Thieves swipe high priced items

Police were dispatched to the 1700 block of West Juniper Street, Friday, after someone gained entry into a residence and removed two Playstation game controllers and five Playstation games. The victim stated that this was the fourth burglary at his residence since July. Total value of missing [auth] items is estimated at $350.

•Police received a walk-in report of theft, Thursday. The victim said that sometime between March and the present, $15,400-worth of jewelry was stolen. She noted that several people may have had access to the home during the time.

•Police were called to the 2200 block of Fulkerston Drive, Thursday, after subjects stole three firearms, including: Norinco AK-47, a Smith and Wesson .357 snubnose and Mossberg 510 shotgun from a residence.

Police were sent to 4501 N. Main St., Thursday, to take a report of a purse stolen from the Food Court. The purse and its contents were valued at $600.
