Thieves steal documents

Police were called to the 600 block of South Missouri Avenue, Sunday, following a burglary. The victim said an Acer laptop, valued at $400, and numerous personal documents, including a driver’s license, a social security card, a diploma and birth certificate were missing

Police went to the 800 block of North Washington Avenue, Sunday. The owner told officers that a vehicle had been stolen. Witnesses reported seeing a white male in his 20s, with a shaved head, black shirt and tattoos enter a 1995 Chevy Tahoe and drove off in it.

Police took a report of intimidation, Sunday. According to official documents, the victim was in the Farmer’s Market parking lot, 2800 N. Main St. when approached by a known subject who said if the victim did not rescind her complaint, “you know know what will happen.”
