Mitsubishi driver shoots at woman
Police were dispatched [auth] to the 600 block of East Orange Street, Thursday. The victim reported that an unknown male driving westbound shot at her four or five times when she was sitting in her driveway. She entered her residence and the vehicle, a silver Mitsubishi turned around and headed east discharging the weapon four or five more times.

Larceny/criminal damage
•Police were called to Davis Rental and Supply, 1700 SE Main St., Wednesday, after four suspects were seen tearing down a fence on the north side of the business, near Hobbs Street. The witness yelled at the subjects, telling them to stop, and then called the police. When he next looked out, the subjects gone. The suspect who was observed tearing down the fence was described as a white male. The remaining three were described as Hispanic males.
•Police were dispatched to Allsup’s, 2515 W. Second St., Wednesday, where a subject left a credit card before filling up a vehicle. The payment was refused by the company and the subject took off without paying for gas nor collecting the credit card.
•Police responded to an alarm call at Monterrey Elementary, 910 W. Gayle St., Wednesday. Officials arrived to find two windows broken out in one of the portable structures. A computer had been unplugged; however, nothing was reported stolen. This is the second incident of this kind at the school this week.
