The victim reported five 17-inch vehicle rims, black with maroon trim; an Apex brand DVD player; a 12-inch subwoofer box and an accoustic guitar had been removed from the residence. Officers took photographs of the shoe print and pry marks on the door. Losses were estimated at $1,045.
â€¢Police were called by a third party about a vehicle burglary in progress, Monday, around 3 a.m. The vehicle, a white Ford truck, belonging to Roswell Independent School District, was located on the 1000 block of King Drive. Officers arrived and found the window broken.
â€¢Police were dispatched to the 700 block of South Cedar Avenue, 3 a.m. Sunday. The victim was letting the dog out and saw a man, wearing dark gym shorts, dark hoodie, sweatshirt, in a vehicle. The subject ran southeast. The victim said nothing was taken.
â€¢Police were sent to the 1000 block of East Bland Street, Saturday, where a 72-inch Sanyo television and a Dell desktop computer were reported stolen. Total value of missing items is estimated at $2,000.
â€¢Police were dispatched to the 1400 block of South Missouri Avenue, Sunday, where a victim found a window broken and door damaged by a large chuck of cement. Repair costs were estimated at $200.
â€¢Police received a walk-in report about a stolen vehicle, Monday. The victim reported that when he returned home to his residence on the block 700 of North Pennsylvania Avenue on Sunday, his 2001 green Volkswagen, license plate number CTM621, was gone.
