Roswell Public Library
The Roswell Public Library is pleased to bring Harry and the Potters to Roswell for the first time ever! Brothers Paul and Joe DeGeorge are such fans of the Harry Potter series of books that they started a band dedicated solely to singing songs about the best-loved boy wizard and his exploits. They are now hailed as the founders of the wizard rock genre — a DIY music movement of bands playing songs about the Harry Potter books. They will be giving an outdoor concert at the Roswell Public Library on June 7, at 7 p.m. in the parking lot on Fourth and Pennsylvania Ave. People of all ages should enjoy this unique concert-going experience. It is free to the public, but concert-goers may bring their own lawn chairs or blankets as it will be outdoors! The Library is located at 301 N. Pennsylvania Ave., and for more information, you can contact the library at 622-7101. Anyone who needs special assistance should contact the Library 24 hours in advance.
