Broken window at Big Lots

Criminal damage

•Police [auth] were called to Big Lots, 2513 N. Main St., Friday, after it was discovered subjects broke a window. Officers reported that the break was too high to allow access into the store. The rock left a dent in the wall and landed near the gumball machine. Cost of repairs are estimated at $500.

•Police were called to the 500 block of South Wyoming Avenue, twice on Thursday, for cases of criminal damage. In one the instance, the rear passenger window was broken out, with estimated repair costs of $200. In the second, no estimates were given; however, the passenger window was also broken out.


•Police were dispatched to the Circle K at the corner of Berrendo and Main streets, Thursday, for a reported fight. When officers arrived, they found a family employee trying to hold the two combatants apart. Each accused the other of attempting to drive their respective vehicles off the road. They pulled into Circle K to settle their differences, at which time one attacked the other with a baseball bat.


• Police were called to the 1500 block of North Delaware Avenue, Tuesday. The victim said an Acer laptop, worth $300, and an Expedience modem, valued at $100, were missing.
