•Police arrested a 63-year-old man on the 2700 block of North Main Street, Saturday, on charges of aggravated stalking. According to New Mexico statutes, aggravated stalking is stalking a victim in [auth] violation of a known restraining order. It is a fourth-degree felony.

•Police received a walk-in report of stalking, Friday. The victim told officers that she had received 34 text messages in a 24-hour period.


•Police were called to the 1200 block of South Richardson Avenue, Friday, after a 17-inch flat screen television, with an estimated value of $950, was removed from a residence.
